All custom or pre-ordered shirts have a standard 24 week turn around. With COVID turn around may extend into a 26 week range. We are busy bees & hand make every one of these babies. Please, please, please understand the turn around before ordering! Your handmade, custom TBB shirt ordered on Tuesday will not be made & shipped in time for your rodeo on Saturday!
In Stock Shirts:
Shipping only occurs twice a week (small business owner peeps) so please expect a 10 day turn around.
Subscription Shirts: PLEASE READ DETAILED DESCRIPTION ON SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT. You will be charged for your first month the day you ORDER. You will then be charged on the following 1st of the MONTH for that MONTH. And so ON. (i.e. if you purchase on January 28th, you will be charged for your January shirt on the 28th. And then you WILL be charged Feb 1 for your Feb shirt!) You will not receive your first two shirts until the end of the second month. And then you will receive one shirt per month! We have to get shipping & production on track with over 400 shirts being hand made each month for the subscription products alone! Once you are on track with the rest of the subscription shirts, you will receive one shirt per month.
i.e. You ordered Feb 15. You will be charged Feb 15 and then March 1. You will receive Feb & March shirts the end of March or first few days of April. You will then be charged for April's shirt on April 1 & receive it May 1. While being charged May 1 for your May shirt that you'll receive June 1. And so on!!!

Return Policy & Exchanges:
Items must be returned and received by Thunderbird Brand, 515 E Carefree Highway #174 Phoenix, AZ 85085, no later than 15 days from the date you received your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached, no signs of wear and tear, no makeup or present stains from trying the garment on (including hats), free from animal hair/scent, and cigarette smoke. We are not able to take back any altered shirts. This includes darts, patches, and any other change that is made to the shirt from the original design. You are responsible for the shipping cost on a return. ALL RETURNS NEED TO SHIP BACK WITH TRACKING. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return. We are no longer able to do direct exchanges. Our new shipping system does not allow us to create a shipping label without a pending order to fulfill. In-store credit does not expire and can be used for any item on our website. We encourage you to check out our size charts before ordering to purchase the correct size while it is available, because we CANNOT guarantee the same item will be available upon return. If your item is returned to us for any of the following reasons (insufficient address, unable to forward, incorrect address, incorrectly entering your shipping address, or otherwise undeliverable) the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item back out.
No returns on sale items or custom items. These are considered final sale.
If shirts do not meet standards for a return, there will be a restocking fee and/or shipped back to you with no refund.
SEZZLE: We cannot do returns if paid with sezzle. Orders with Sezzle payment will be EXCHANGE ONLY.
DUE TO HIGH VOLUME & DEMAND- NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SUBSCRIPTION SHIRTS. Once tracking is available for shipping & it has left the building, we are no longer responsible for your purchased merchandise.
Once an order has been placed, we do not cancel an order for any reason. You are able to switch size if needed by contacting us (FB messages is the best way for this), but we do not do refunds because you no longer want your order. Again, we will not cancel or refund an order for any reason whatsoever.
